Estos Términos regulan el uso de Sharpkick (el «Servicio»), disponible en sharpkick.app, operado por Giuliano Taliano (el «Operador»). Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio, aceptás estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio.

Sharpkick es una herramienta de análisis, no un consejo de apuestas. Ofrece estimaciones probabilísticas con fines informativos y educativos. No es una casa de apuestas, no coloca apuestas por vos, y no constituye asesoramiento financiero ni una recomendación para apostar.

1. Qué es (y qué no es) el Servicio

El Servicio calcula probabilidades y métricas sobre partidos de fútbol a partir de datos públicos y modelos estadísticos. Las probabilidades son estimaciones, no certezas. Ningún resultado está garantizado y el rendimiento pasado no asegura resultados futuros.

2. Edad mínima y juego responsable

Debés tener 18 años o más para usar el Servicio. Apostar implica riesgo económico. Jugá solamente con dinero que puedas permitirte perder. Si sentís que el juego se te va de las manos, buscá ayuda profesional. Sos la única persona responsable de tus decisiones de apuesta.

3. Tu cuenta

Sos responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña y de toda actividad en tu cuenta.
Debés proporcionar un email válido y usar el Servicio de forma personal y no comercial.
Podés eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la app.

4. Uso aceptable

No podés: (a) extraer datos de forma automatizada (scraping) ni sobrecargar la infraestructura; (b) revender, redistribuir o explotar comercialmente el Servicio o sus resultados; (c) intentar vulnerar la seguridad o acceder a cuentas ajenas; (d) usar el Servicio con fines ilícitos o en jurisdicciones donde no esté permitido.

5. Propiedad intelectual

El Servicio, su software, diseño y contenidos son propiedad del Operador. Se te otorga una licencia limitada, personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar el Servicio conforme a estos Términos.

6. Disponibilidad

El Servicio se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». Puede haber interrupciones, mantenimiento o cambios sin previo aviso. No garantizamos que esté libre de errores ni disponible de forma ininterrumpida.

7. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el Operador no será responsable por pérdidas económicas, pérdidas derivadas de apuestas, ni daños indirectos o consecuentes que surjan del uso del Servicio o de decisiones tomadas en base a él. El uso del Servicio es bajo tu exclusivo riesgo.

8. Cambios en los Términos

Podemos modificar estos Términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha. El uso continuado del Servicio tras un cambio implica la aceptación de la nueva versión.

9. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales ordinarios competentes de la República Argentina.

These Terms govern the use of Sharpkick (the "Service"), available at sharpkick.app, operated by Giuliano Taliano (the "Operator"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sharpkick is an analysis tool, not betting advice. It offers probabilistic estimates for informational and educational purposes. It is not a bookmaker, it does not place bets on your behalf, and it does not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to bet.

1. What the Service is (and is not)

The Service computes probabilities and metrics for football matches from public data and statistical models. Probabilities are estimates, not certainties. No outcome is guaranteed and past performance does not assure future results.

2. Minimum age and responsible gambling

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. Betting involves financial risk. Only play with money you can afford to lose. If you feel gambling is getting out of hand, seek professional help. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
You must provide a valid email address and use the Service personally and non-commercially.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) extract data in an automated way (scraping) or overload the infrastructure; (b) resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service or its output; (c) attempt to breach security or access other people's accounts; (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes or in jurisdictions where it is not permitted.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content are the property of the Operator. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". There may be interruptions, maintenance or changes without prior notice. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or available without interruption.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for financial losses, losses arising from bets, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or decisions made based on it. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms. The current version will be published on this page with its date. Continued use of the Service after a change implies acceptance of the new version.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of the Argentine Republic.
